The System Monitoring Service is currently provided at no cost to users. This service is 100% free with no hidden fees or charges.

Third-Party Service

‍

Currents Energy is not affiliated with any inverter manufacturers or data services. This is a third-party monitoring service that connects to your existing solar equipment to provide visualization and tracking of your solar production data. We do not manufacture, install, or directly control your solar hardware.

Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect production data from your connected inverter on a regular basis
• Data is only collected from the date you connect your system forward
• Historical data from before your connection date is not available
• Your data is securely stored and used only for providing the monitoring service

Service Limitations

• Data accuracy depends on your inverter's reporting capabilities
• Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues
• Data may be delayed depending on your inverter's reporting frequency
• We cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the monitoring service

Disclaimer of Liability

Currents Energy is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the System Monitoring Service, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate or incomplete data reporting
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Decisions made based on the data provided
• Any financial or operational impacts resulting from use of the service
• Any issues with your solar equipment or inverter

Termination of Service

You may disconnect your inverter from our monitoring service at any time through your dashboard. Currents Energy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the monitoring service with reasonable notice to users.

Relationship to General Terms

‍

This System Monitoring Service Agreement is supplemental to the General Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this System Monitoring Service Agreement and the General Terms of Service, the terms of this System Monitoring Service Agreement shall prevail with respect to the System Monitoring Service only.
