Here's how you can pay your bill online and by phone:
1. Online Payment
- Through PPL's Website:
- Log In: Visit PPL's login page (https://selfserve.pplelectric.com/sign-in) and enter your credentials.
- Access Billing: Navigate to the "My Account" section to view your bill.
- Make a Payment: Select "Make a Payment" and follow the prompts to complete your payment securely.
- As a Guest:
- Verify Account: Go to the guest payment page and enter your account number and zip code.
- Proceed: Follow the instructions to make a one-time payment.
2. Automatic Payments (AutoPay)
- Enroll: Log in to your PPL account and select "AutoPay" under payment options.
- Set Up: Provide your bank account details to authorize automatic monthly deductions.
3. Payment by Phone
- Call: Dial 1-800-342-5775 to access PPL's automated bill payment system.
- Follow Prompts: Enter your account and payment information as instructed.
